Camcorders Still Pictures
Can I bring cameras or camcorders on the rides if I don’t use them?
I know some places don’t let you use them while you’re on the rides, but I don’t want to film myself or anything when I’m on. I’m going to Disneyland for the first time this August and was wondering if I had a camera or a camcorder with me to take pictures and record stuff while I’m there, would I still be able to keep it with me on the rides if I don’t use them?
Yes you can bring your camera or camcorder on all the rides at Disneyland. Just make sure you have it put away. In fact, on some rides such as The Jungle Cruise and It’s A Small World they encourage you to take photographs. On other rides such as Pirates of the Carribbean you are allowed to take pictures but none with flash as the flash disturbs other guests. The same goes for many of the Fantasyland rides and Haunted Mansion.
