Camcorders Burn To Dvd
How do you copy a video with it’s original name and format back onto the Sony DCR-SR42E?
When I have copied it onto the camcorders 30gb hard drive using the USB cable, the copied videos don’t appear in the library with the rest. I recorded the videos with the same camcorder and only moved them onto my pc because I had run out of space. I need to put them back on now so that I can transfer them to DVD using my VCR/DVD recorder. I don’t want to use my pc to burn them to DVD. Thanks for the help.
simply copying the video back will not do it as there is other information that goes with the videos in another folder on your camera. so unless they are still there and have not been recorded over or formatted its not going to work.
camcorders are not designed to be messed around with and they are not as forgiving as a normal player. you may not have any other option than to burn the videos to DVD via your computer.
