Camcorders 101
Please can you explain the ins and outs of a camcorder – I need a crash course like Camcorders 101 
?
My husband just brought home a camcorder that he received as part of an incentive. It is a Samsung Digital Video Camcorder VP-D371i – I have no clue about camcorders. What is the difference between this one and dvd camcorders? What is a firewire? Am I able to download videos to my PC to copy to DVD?
Samsung Vcam VP-D371i is a miniDV camcorder: uses tape media for storage (others use DvD, hard disk, memory card)
