What are the price range for camcorders that will deliver this type of quality video?

I’m in the market to buy a camcorder. I don’t know what to look for, but if anything I would like one that could give me this type of quality video… I’m not loaded, so hopefully I can find a used one on eBay for around $500 or less.
Any recommendations of good, fairly cheap camcorders would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
