Best Night Shot Camcorders

Which camcorder is the best? The Sony DCR H24 or the Canon MV890?
Which of these camcorders is the best? Or are the alternative cameras in the same budget range that are better?
Basically I want to spend around £150 on a decent DV camcorder.
I would like it to have as many features as possible, allow expansion(i.e. external mic, filters, lenses), be fairly easy to use, but also powerfull, fairly compact / lightweight, have a good night shot mode and/or be good in low light conditions. Thats all!
SONY is best…
I have used canon and then i had to return it..
the motor sound is very irritating after 6 mnths or so..
