Best for what?
The video quality will be similar because the lenses and imaging chips are about the same size and the files stored to the HDD or flash memory are the same and apply the same high level of compression.
The SDR-H80 and DCR-SR47 are hard disc drive based, standard definition camcorders. They should not have made the short list because of the internal hard drive storage. All consumer HDD camcorders have known problems with vibration and high altitude which can result in no video recording allowed. HDD camcorders also have a very poorly defined video archive process.
That leaves the Canon FS200 which is flash memory based (and standard definition). This camcorder also has a mic jack (the others do not) – check the manual

for manual audio control – or “mic attenuator” for loud audio environments. It is better to have removable memory.
So, of the 3 you let us choose from, the FS200. You will still likely need to convert the video so your editor can deal with it – I like MPEG StreamClip

I would much prefer the ZR960 because miniDV tape is the preferred video format (a lot less compression – results in better video quality), but that is a different post/discussion.
