What is a good HD camcorder?

Ok so this is kinda a long story but please listen.I have been searching for an HD camcorder for about a couple of months. And I got the Webbie and I love it. So now I kinda want an HD camcorder for my short films and other things. I have looked at all the camcorders really ( mostly of them under 600). I saw one that just came out thats a lot of money but looked good. It was the Canon HSF-100.I thought that looked good. But then I saw the HV-30. And also the HF-200. So I am really confused. Can you please tell me the best HD camcorder . It can be from canon, sony, JVC, or panosonic. really any of the big companys. I like flash memory and I would again prefer it to be under ($ 600).
