I have just bought a super wide Fisheye lens, Zeikos 0.40x and I want to put it on my canon eos 1000D. How?

The Canon 18-55mm (as shown in your other link) has a filter thread of 58mm.
So there shouldn’t be a problem – simply screw the fisheye add-on to the front of your existing lens. This may or may not require the included stepping rings. That Zeikos is not a proper lens – it’s not supposed to attach directly to the camera.
(The first guy misread your question to be about a “Zuiko” lens.)
