I currently have a Casio Exilim point & shoot digital camera, i personally think the quality is horrible.
I’m thinking about buying this camera, is it a good one? why or why not?

Oh yes! It’s a great camera. Both of my older sisters have one and many of my friends have it. I have an older Canon model but I’ve borrowed that one from my sister before and it works wonderfully. It takes fast pictures and very clear. It also has many options on it and the overall look is great. I want one for myself! So, I’d say get it! Canon is the best!
