$70 Camcorders
Does anyone know about eusatech.com?
I happened to find that on this site (www.eusatech.com) we get 70% off on digital cameras and camcorders if we purchase $ 500 worth items. I would like to make sure it is not a scam site before buying items from there. Can anyone help / advice??
Honestly, electronics prices are mostly world market prices. With a few exceptions wholesale prices do not vary much between different countries if you substract duties/taxes. In countries with a strong business infrastructure you will not have a big difference between wholesale prices and lowest street prices for electronics.
Sometimes profit margins are less than 10%. I would say if something is more than 20% or 30% cheaper than the rest of the stores and it is neither refurbished nor used nor connected to additional “catches” like signing up for some kind of contract (cell phone plan, internet provider…), then it is a good indication that something is wrong.
There are exceptions from the rule, if one item for example is end-of-market-life and they just push the rest of the inventory to one reseller – however, it would usually pop up in several stores in a matter of days at similar low prices.
So – if the price for almost all things is significantly lower than in any other legitmate store and you want to do business with them, I suggest you rather send me the money. At least I would say “thank you”
